As a lawyer and patent attorney, he participated in the successful investment project of the buyer of intellectual property rights to innovative packaging production technology, research results, know-how and patents, preparing agreements related to the transfer of intellectual property rights and taking part in the preparation of applications for funding for the project including construction of a production plant and expansion on foreign markets. The project patented a wide range of solutions and secured the exclusive rights of the manufacturer in dozens of countries around the world.

Leo Turno gained his organisational, communication and mediation skills through extensive experience as an executive manager in large corporations in Poland and abroad (UK, France, Switzerland). He initiated and led international workshops for institutes from the Lukasiewicz Research Network and their scientific partners in Finland and Spain. Key Polish corporations such as KGHM, GRUPA AZOTY, and LOTOS Group took part.
